1. Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after expiry date.

2. Only one gift voucher can be used per event booking.

3. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.

4. All events must be pre-booked. Vouchers can be redeemed on the website or over the phone with one of our team.

5. Vouchers are non-refundable.

6. Vouchers can only be used towards full payment of your booking, if the event cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at the point of booking. 

7. Ghost Hunters PI do not guarantee that spaces will be available on any given date or event. Spaces are only secured once a ghost hunt has been booked, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

8. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.

10. In the unlikely event that one of our ghost hunts needs to be cancelled Ghost Hunters PI, a new gift voucher shall be issued and shall be valid for a further 12 months. In the event that a ghost hunt is cancelled by the voucher holder, no refund shall be given.
